The Society meets once a year in conjunction with either the Society for American Archaeology (SAA) or the American Association of Physical Anthropologists (AAPA).

The call for papers is posted on this site before the end of September.  The paper deadline is typically December 1 and the preliminary program is typically announced at the end of January.

If you are presenting a paper and you are either a graduate student or a non-U.S. citizen, then you can make a request funding to help defray your travel cost.

We encourage you to pre-register for the meetings on-line.
